Taupo Wood Solutions is the USA domiciled sales and marketing Division of Tenon Clearwood Limited Partnership (www.tenonclearwood.com). Taupo Wood Solutions distributes its clear boards, mouldings, LIFESPAN products, and lumber to the North American market through its proven and completely integrated supply chain.
Tenon Clearwood LP is New Zealand’s largest producer and exporter of defect-free, appearance grade radiata pine products. Our premium quality pruned pine is shaped into appearance-grade timber and boards for the demanding North American, Australian and European markets. This timber is also converted into a wide range of mouldings for interior finishing.
As we help meet the growing global demand for wood products, sustainability is at the heart of our business. We maintain direct access to one of the largest FSC®-certified pine plantation forests in the world - and our manufacturing plant has been certified by the Forest Stewardship Council™.
This environmental commitment continues throughout our manufacturing process - from the forest, to the consumer. Uniquely, we use geothermal energy for kiln-drying at our Tenon Clearwood Taupo site. Geothermal energy is a clean, renewable resource that does not consume any fuel or produce significant emissions. We're also continually working on reducing our waste sent to landfill - with recycling programmes, and finding alternative uses for our byproducts

Mouldings
Our Fletcher Select solid lineal mouldings are made from beautiful radiata pine. We provide WM-series moulding profiles, and can also customize our knives to fit your specific needs.
Boards
New Zealand has a long history of pruning radiata pine, which enables Tenon Clearwood to provide a reliable supply of wide clear boards (4/4 x 2 through 4/4 x 12) in long lengths (4’-16’). Fletcher Select boards are all FSC-certified and exceed WWPA (Western Wood Products Association) grading standards for C & Better.
With Fletcher Select boards, you are guaranteed:
